Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes

Monday February 11, 2008

I took today off from work because I agreed to meet with Anne Pryor. Anne sent a letter to the Foundation weeks ago asking to interview people about the apparitions of Our Lady of Emmitsburg for a report to Congress on Marian Apparitions. She said she wanted to include Emmitsburg. I met Anne at this past public apparition and we set today as the day of the interview. Anyway as I was thinking about this this morning I just happened to glance at my watch and the time was 8:33:33.

I was scheduled to meet Ann at St. Peter’s book store at 9 am. I arrived and Anne arrived from Washington, DC just a few minutes later. We decided that the book store was not the place to talk because of the constant flow of people coming in and out. We rode to my house and the interview was conducted at my kitchen table.

Anne asked me a lot of questions about Our Lady’s apparitions. We talked continuously from just a few minutes after 9 am until just a few minutes before 1 pm. During this time I only glanced at my watch once and it said XX:XX:33.

I felt at complete peace talking to her and I told her just about everything. The entire interview was recorded. When we finished Anne asked if she could come back again for another interview and I said yes. I then drove Anne back to her car which was parked at St. Peter’s Books. As the car came to a complete stop I suddenly felt the peace and looked up only to see the CD flash 13.

Anne left to go back to Washington and I had a cup of coffee with Mary Blanchard in St. Peter’s. I never paid any attention to the time whatsoever. When I finished the coffee I rode out to the Grotto of Lourdes to pray my daily rosary for the Feast of Lourdes. I walked to the Lourdes Shrine and glanced at my watch as I began the rosary and the time was 2:33:00.

I prayed both the Glorious and Sorrowful mysteries along with the Grotto Prayer “O Mary, Virgin and Mother of God, Pray to Jesus for me along with a Hail Mary. I finished and glanced at my watch and the time was 3:13. As I stepped out of the Lourdes shrine I felt the peace and glanced at my watch and now it said 3:13:33.

I walked through the rest of the Grotto and then got in my car to leave. I got caught behind a slow moving and frequently stopping school bus. Because of this I arrived at St. Joseph’s and the time was 3:30 and at that instant I met on oncoming car directly in front of the church with the license plate of 13. I said a few more prayers and as I pulled out to leave I noticed the time on the dash was now 3:33.

I drove home and later in the evening both S.C.C. and I rode to St. Joseph’s to attend the Monday night Miraculous Medal Novena and evening mass. I glanced at my watch as we walked in the church and the time on my watch was 7:33. Fr. Paul Murphy was the priest and I glanced at my watch again as mass ended and the time was 8:13.
