I Have Found another Miraculous Medal from the Civil War

Again, as I start this paper I must reinforce the fact that what began happening to me with the 13, 33’s and 333’s started at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Emmitsburg, Maryland when I was present in the church during the apparitions of The Blessed Virgin Mary to Gianna Talone Sullivan. It never happened before that and since then has never stopped. In other works I know exactly when and where it began happening to me.

When the apparitions of Our Lady were shut down by the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Our Lady said “I am not leaving”. This is more than evident to me because what began with me in St. Joseph’s continues to this day and sometimes in spectacular ways such as what I am about to describe.

I have been hunting Civil War relics with a metal detector since the 1970’s and I have literally found tens of thousands of them. I have known others who have found a Miraculous Medal but I had never personally found one until September 4, 2017. I wrote a paper about that day that if you have not read, you should to better understand this one.

I went metal detecting today with by digging buddy, Chuck Thompson. We went to look at several spots but could not get into any of them because the grass was too tall or the land owner was not home for us to ask permission. We finally decided on a spot in Orange County near Somerset that we have perpetual permission on. It is a nice set of woods that we have hunted many times and over the years found Confederate buttons, mostly Louisiana and a lot of Confederate bullets.

We parked the car on a path in the woods and Chuck went one direction and I went another. It was a hot and fairly humid day and after about 3 hours I had found absolutely nothing at all. I decided to take a break. I stopped at the car and drank a soda and felt very tired. I even nodded off for a few minutes during that break.

After 30 minutes or so I turned my detector back on and started detecting again. I had not gone more than 50 feet from the car when I got a small crisp signal that sounded good.  I took my shovel and dug it up and I was SHOCKED to see a small, solid silver Miraculous MedalAT THE INSTANT I REALIZED WHAT IT WAS I EXPERIENCED A CRASHING THOUGHT THAT I SHOULD PRAY THE ROSARY FOR THE SOLDIER WHO LOST IT RIGHT NOW, RIGHT HERE IN THE WOODS. It was so strong and clear I sat down under a large tree and prayed the Glorious mysteries for him. During this time I had the thought run through my mind several times that it was THIS rosary that was releasing him from Purgatory into Heaven. At the instant I finished the rosary I glanced at my watch and the time was 3:13:33. INSTANTLY AT THAT VERY SAME INSTANT I felt the urge to pray another rosary for my son C.RC. I continued without any pause directly into the Luminous mysteries and at the very instant I finished and kissed to Crucifix I glanced at my watch and the time was 3:33:33.
