The 48th Annual March For Life Is On-line This Year Due To Corona Virus and Fear Of Political Violence In The USA

This year marks the 48th anniversary of legal abortion in the United States, the saddest of all anniversaries. It’s even worse this year because of the Corona Virus and political violence in Washington, DC sparked by distrust by many of the recent presidential election. As a sad result this year’s March For Life is an on-line event except for a small contingent of guest speakers and a very few people who may march a short distance. Basically, the March For Life this year is cancelled.

I have attended many March For Life events in years past. I have missed a few as well. To be honest I had not planned to go this year even before I knew it was cancelled. On the years that I missed in the past I usually went to church to pray a rosary or attend a Holy Hour For Life when one was available. This year I had mortgage closings to do and I made absolutely no plans to do anything except maybe pray a rosary at home. Our Lady had different plans and this is how it went:

Friday January 29, 2021

I started today off by attending mass at <Home Parish> in <Home Town>. As I was walking towards the front door I noticed a single car parked there and it had the license plate of 33. <Parish Priest> was the celebrant. When mass was over I did not stay for the Liturgy of The Hours and Morning prayer because I had a 10 am mortgage closing in Fredericksburg. As I was pulling out of the <Home Parish> parking lot I met 2 cars and both had the license plate of 33.

I drove to Fredericksburg and did my closing. After the closing I rode to my friend Nicky Harris’s Civil War relic shop but the sign in the window said “CLOSED”. With that I started driving home and I decided to stop at St. Patrick’s along the way to pray my rosary for the March For Life. I arrived and was a little surprised to see a fair number of cars in the parking lot. I did not know what was going on in the church. As my car came to a complete stop I glanced at my watch and the seconds were 33.

I got out of my car and my eyes went directly to another car parked nearby. The license plate stunned me. It was 3334LV (Three Three Three For Love). I started walking towards the church but SUDDENLY felt like I should take a picture of it NOW because it might not be there when I come out. I took a picture and then I walked in the church to pray my rosary and was surprised to see Eucharistic Adoration in progress. Fr. J___ Z_____was seated in the back left pew and waved. I knelt down in my pew and glanced at my watch as I began the Joyful mysteries and the time was 12:33. I also prayed the Sorrowful and Glorious and glanced at my watch as I finished and kissed the crucifix and the time was 1:33.

I then left and as I was pulling out of the parking lot I was suddenly met very close with a car with the license plate of 13. I then looked up only to see a truck with the license plate of 333. I then drove home and listened to a voice mail from Mike Sullivan wanting to make a minor change to the OLOE eNewsletter then to go ahead and send it out. I did and as I sent it I glanced at my watch and the time was 3:33:13.
