Ash Wednesday

     Throughout the years that involve my participation with the Thursday Night Prayer Group at St. Joseph’s in Emmitsburg, Ash Wednesday always seems to play an important date in relation to my whole experience with Our Lady as she appeared to Gianna Sullivan during the years of the apparitions at St. Joseph’s in Emmitsburg. As a matter of fact my first attempt to write about how I experience the 13, 33 and 333 that began at St. Josephs in Emmitsburg was the February 13, 2002 Ash Wednesday paper. Little did I know back then just how far this would go, and I still don’t. Regardless, back then my answer was yes and my answer is still yes and only with the Grace of God can it remain yes for however long it takes.

February 17, 2021

     This morning I woke up and something that has never happened before happened. I looked over at the clock and the time was 6:13. That is not unusual. What was unusual was that I was immediately aware that my vision of the clock was crystal clear. Normally without my glasses on I need to squint to read the clock but not this morning. I prayed two Hail Mary’s and at the precise instant I completed the prayers the clock switched to 6:14 and instantaneously my eyes could no longer see clearly and became blurred. I could only see clearly while the time was 6:13.

     Later in the morning S.C.C. and I took separate cars to mass at <Home Parish> in <Home Town> because S.C.C. had errands to run after mass and I had an upcoming mortgage closing to do. I started my car to leave and the time on the dash was 8:13. We both arrived at the same time and just as I parked another car parked directly in my view and it had the license plate of 13. Fr. K------ said mass and mass ended at 9:33. I got in my car to leave and noticed another car next to mine with the license plate of 13. As I was trying to pull out a truck pulled up right next to my drivers side window at near eye level and only a few feet away with the license plate of 33.

     I then drove to the UPS Store and dropped off a closing that I did last night before going to my next closing at 11 AM here in <Home Town>. I arrived at the closing and the first thing I noticed as I walked in the door was a crucifix hanging on the wall. That is always a comforting feeling. We sat down in the kitchen and the second thing I noticed were two decorative plates hanging on the wall. The one on top was Our Lady of Guadalupe appearing to St. Juan Diego, the one underneath was Our Lady of Fatima appearing to the three children. Because of this as the closing went on I casually mentioned the fact that Our Lady also appeared in Emmitsburg, Maryland. It became instantly clear to me that they were not the least bit interested in hearing anything about it so I did not mention another word. I glanced at my watch and realized I told them about Our Lady of Emmitsburg at 11:13.

     After that closing was completed I dropped the documents off at the UPS Store and then decided that I would have lunch and then drive to St. John’s in Warrenton because my next closing is there at 3 PM. I ate lunch then drove to St. John’s and while I was driving I was SUDDENLY STRUCK with a CRASHING OUT OF NOWHERE thought of my son C.R.C., despite his change of plans still becoming a priest someday. It almost felt like electricity. I then noticed the time on the dash was 1:13. I glanced at my watch and the time was 1:13:59. I continued to drive and I arrived at St. Johns. I glanced at my watch as I walked in the door and the time was 1:33:33. I prayed the Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries and never looked at my watch until I finished and the time was 2:33.

     I then left and drove about a mile to get to my next closing, once it was complete I drove back to <Home Town> and dropped off the documents. Later in the evening S.C.C. asked me if I was ready to pray the rosary and I said yes. We prayed the Luminous Mysteries which completed the entire rosary for me and when we finished I glanced at my watch and I said out loud to S.C.C. that the time was 8:13:33. Later I wrote down my hand written notes from which this paper was done and the time was 9:13.
